The role of the interim manager is to provide temporary leadership and management expertise to your Organisation during periods of transition, crisis, or change. I am typically brought in to fill a gap in your leadership team due to reasons such as sudden departures, restructuring, or specific project needs. Responsibilities have included overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives, managing teams, and driving organizational change. Interim Management roles are generally full time and of a longer duration, typically between six and 12 months.
