As a Non-Executive Director (NED), I use my skills, knowledge and experience to act as an independent member of your Board, providing external expertise and oversight. I contribute to your strategy development, ensure good governance, and monitor risk management. As a NEDs, I play a role in appointing and evaluating executive management, represent stakeholder interests, review financial matters and offer an independent perspective on organisational operations. My primary goal is to contribute to your Organisation’s long-term success and sustainability by helping to guide strategic decisions and ensure adherence to best practice. NED commissions typically last for two to three years and generally involve between 12 and 24 days per year, depending on your board meeting cycle and any committees I am part of.
